OSOGBO — Following the triumphant re-election of Governor Ademola Adeleke for a second term, the wife of the Osun State Governor, Erelu Ngozi Abeni Adeleke, has assured citizens that the administration will triple the delivery of democracy dividends across the state.
Erelu Adeleke made the pledge while expressing profound appreciation to the electorate for their massive turnout, resilience, and unwavering support during the fiercely contested gubernatorial poll. She noted that the mandate handed back to the incumbent governor is a clear testament to the people’s trust in his administration’s vision and developmental trajectory.
”We thank the people of Osun for the love, resilience, and kindness demonstrated by them for turning out en masse to re-elect their governor,” Erelu Adeleke stated. “We assure them that the dividends of democracy will be tripled. I will personally increase my support for this administration, especially through expanded empowerment schemes.”
Affectionately highlighting her husband’s dual reputation as both a populist leader and a dedicated administrator, she added, “Your dancing governor is a working governor.” She emphasized that the returning administration remains firmly committed to advancing grassroots welfare, boosting economic development, and prioritizing the overall well-being of Osun residents.
