Ongoing Roadwork and Impact

• The 3.25-kilometer Alagbole-Ajuwon-Akute road in the Ifo Local Government Area is expected to be ready for commissioning by the end of February 2025.
• The road project aims to ease the perennial hardship faced by residents along the Sango-Ijoko Road.
• The reconstruction of the Sango-Ijoko-Akute road may be awarded, which is a 17-kilometer stretch connecting Ogun West to Ogun Central and Lagos.
