Armed Gang Releases 48 abducted Children after three weeks, following Ransom Payment

The children, aged between 7 and 12 years, were abducted three weeks ago in Niger State by armed bandits.

Their release followed negotiations and the payment of a ransom, according to a local traditional chief and UN officials.
