​NNPC Deploys 1,000 New Staff After Yearlong Training

​ABUJA — In a major boost to its operational workforce, the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd) has officially deployed over 1,000 newly recruited young professionals to various strategic arms of the organization.

​The deployment follows the successful completion of a comprehensive one-year internship, rigorous training, and a thorough performance evaluation process.

​Group Chief Executive Officer of NNPC Ltd, Bayo Ojulari, announced the milestone, emphasizing the company’s commitment to meritocracy and institutional transparency. He noted that the recruitment and retention process was strictly anchored on competence rather than affiliation.
