Police Hunt Father After Mother and Two Daughters Found Dead

​A major international manhunt has been launched following the discovery of a mother and her two young daughters, who were found dead at their home in Great Denham, Bedfordshire, on Monday.

​Police have identified the victims as 42-year-old Nothabo Zandile Tshuma—known to friends as Zandile—and her daughters, 15-year-old Natalie and five-year-old Nala. Officers forced entry into the family’s £1.3 million property on Carnoustie Drive after receiving reports that the family had not been seen for several days.

​Prime Suspect Flees to Zimbabwe

​The prime suspect in the triple murder investigation is the father, 45-year-old Ndodana Mkhanyisi Tshuma, also known as Mark. Investigators have released CCTV footage showing the suspect at London Heathrow Airport on Saturday, July 4, where he reportedly boarded a flight using a British passport. Police believe he has since arrived in Zimbabwe.

​The investigation is being led by a major crime unit comprising officers from Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire. Detective Inspector Lee Martin has issued a direct and urgent appeal to the suspect, urging him to surrender to local authorities.

​”Mark, I am now speaking to you directly,” DI Martin said in a statement. “Unthinkable harm has been caused to those around you. Three innocent people have lost their lives in the worst possible circumstances, leaving your relatives and friends devastated.”

​He added, “Criminal investigations know no borders. We are actively working with national and international agencies to pursue every available line of inquiry to track you down and we will find you. So please, do the right thing, come forward and hand yourself in to local authorities.”

​The victims’ home, located in an affluent area near a golf course, has been cordoned off as forensic teams gather evidence. Neighbours have expressed shock and grief, describing the incident as “horrific” and “unimaginable.” Flowers have been left outside the property by those paying their respects, with one local resident remembering Zandile as a “gracious mother.”

​Zandile Tshuma was a highly regarded professional, working as an associate director at the London-based Forensic Risk Alliance (FRA). She was a specialist in fraud detection, anti-money laundering, and regulatory compliance, and had previously held a position at KPMG.

​The suspect, Ndodana Tshuma, is a British citizen of Zimbabwean heritage. Corporate records indicate he was the director of a property business, Nexus Trove Holdings, which operated from the family home.

​Authorities are urging anyone with information—specifically anyone who may have noticed suspicious activity in the vicinity of Carnoustie Drive last Friday or Saturday—to come forward via the Major Incident Public Portal or by calling 101.
