Under the terms of the comprehensive settlement, Guobadia relinquished his entire stake in the marital property via a quitclaim deed. Furthermore, Williams is entitled to $1,568,181.63 as a direct reimbursement from his share of the home’s substantial equity, alongside the official title transfer of a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost.
The legal resolution grants the television personality autonomous authority to refinance or sell the multi-million-dollar estate in a commercially reasonable manner, completely bypassing the need for future arbitration or input from her ex-husband.
