ATLANTA — Reality television star Porsha Williams has successfully finalized her high-profile divorce from Nigerian-born entrepreneur Simon Guobadia, walking away with complete ownership of their shared Atlanta mega-mansion, a multi-million-dollar equity payout, and luxury automotive assets.
Newly filed court documents reveal that the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star secured a decisive legal victory following a formal oath confirmation before a judge. Under the terms of the comprehensive settlement, Guobadia relinquished his entire stake in the marital property via a quitclaim deed. Furthermore, Williams is entitled to $1,568,181.63 as a direct reimbursement from his share of the home’s substantial equity, alongside the official title transfer of a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost.
The legal resolution grants the television personality autonomous authority to refinance or sell the multi-million-dollar estate in a commercially reasonable manner, completely bypassing the need for future arbitration or input from her ex-husband.
The agreement brings a definitive close to a turbulent legal chapter between the pair. The high-society couple wed in a lavish ceremony in November 2022, only for Williams to file for divorce roughly 15 months later in February 2024. Following months of contentious asset division and public disputes—compounded by Guobadia’s legal battles and subsequent relocation—both parties formally testified under oath that the consent order successfully settles all remaining financial grievances.
