The appointments, confirmed on Wednesday at the Governor’s Office in Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, are being positioned as a merit-driven effort to enhance efficiency and public service delivery across the state.
The newly inaugurated officials are Dr. Solomon Oluseyi Sokunbi, Mr. Abiodun Oladunjoye Akinwunmi, Mr. Adedeji Akanbi Sowunmi, Mr. Olumide Olusola Ogunbo, Mr. Dolamu Isaiah Idowu-Agida, and Tpl. Musinat Abiola Ayodele.
Addressing the appointees during the ceremony, Governor Abiodun underscored the pivotal role they play in actualizing his government’s vision. He challenged the new leaders to prioritize integrity and accountability, emphasizing that their promotion was a direct reflection of their individual competence and historical dedication to the civil service.
By integrating these experienced professionals into the top tier of the state’s administration, the Governor aims to further solidify Ogun State’s position as a premier investment hub in Nigeria. The event, which drew a large assembly of state officials and family members, signals a broader commitment to ensuring that the state’s governance framework remains responsive, modern, and results-oriented.
