Iperu Shines Bright as Governor Abiodun’s Mother Marks 90th Birthday with Glamour and Grace

The ancient town of Iperu-Remo in Ogun State transformed into a scene of dazzling celebration on Wednesday as it hosted the 90th birthday of Chief (Mrs.) Victoria Olaitan Abiodun, mother of Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun. The event, marked by a blend of tradition, faith, and glamour, drew prominent dignitaries, cultural icons, and celebrities from across Nigeria to St. James’ Anglican Church and the grand reception that followed.

Mama Victoria, resplendent in white with a royal blue gele, was the embodiment of grace and humility. The front pews of the church held Vice President Kashim Shettima, Senate President Godswill Akpabio, Speaker Tajudeen Abbas, and other top federal officials. Governors from Lagos, Oyo, Osun, Ekiti, Kwara, Imo, and Akwa Ibom states were part of the high-profile gathering, emphasizing the occasion’s national importance.
