​LISBON — Her Excellency Erelu Angela Adebayo has officially assumed her diplomatic duties in Lisbon following the formal presentation of her Letters of Credence to the President of the Portuguese Republic, António José Seguro.

​The ceremony, held on Monday at the historic Belém Palace, marks the official commencement of Ambassador Adebayo’s tenure as Nigeria’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Portugal.
