Court Jails UK Funeral Director 20 Years Over Rotting Bodies and Swapped Ashes

​HULL, England — A former funeral director at the center of one of the most grotesque criminal scandals in modern British history was sentenced to 20 years in prison today at Hull Crown Court.

​Robert Bush, 48, faced a barrage of 67 charges accumulated over a 12-year period through his operations at Legacy Independent Funeral Directors in Hull, East Yorkshire.
