2027: NORTH WILL RETURN TINUBU TO ASO ROCK — KWANKWASO

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Kano State, Musa Kwankwaso, has declared that the North will return President Bola Tinubu to Aso Rock in 2027, urging northerners to support the President’s re-election bid.

The declaration was made on Saturday during the APC North-West zonal rally in Kaduna, ValidViewNetwork reports.

THE DECLARATION

Kwankwaso was unequivocal about the North’s support for Tinubu.

“The North will return Tinubu to Aso Rock in 2027. We have seen what he has done for the region, and we will repay him with our votes,” he said .

He urged northerners to support the President’s re-election bid, stressing that the region had benefited from Tinubu’s policies.

“Tinubu has shown that he is a friend of the North. He has invested in our infrastructure, our agriculture, our education. He has given us a voice in his government. We should support him,” he said .

THE CALL TO UNITY

Kwankwaso also urged northerners to remain united behind the President.

“The North is not divided. We are united in our support for Tinubu. We will not allow the opposition to divide us. We will not allow them to deceive us,” he said .

He added that the North had a responsibility to support a President who had prioritised its development.

“The North has no reason to abandon Tinubu. He has done well for us. He has been fair to us. He has been just to us. We should support him,” he said.
