Ambassador Ufochukwu Assumes Office in Jerusalem

​JERUSALEM — Ambassador Nkechi Linda Ufochukwu has officially assumed office as Nigeria’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the State of Israel, following the presentation of her Letters of Credence to Israeli President Isaac Herzog.

​The formal presentation ceremony took place on Monday at the Israeli presidential residence in Jerusalem, according to a statement released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

​During the event, Ambassador Ufochukwu conveyed warm greetings and goodwill from President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the people of Nigeria to the Government and citizens of Israel, emphasizing the Federal Government’s dedication to deepening bilateral ties.
