​The Federal Government has issued a stern warning to citizens regarding a widespread digital fraud scheme falsely advertising a ₦50,000 National Support Allowance.

​In an official public notice released via its official social media channels, the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction firmly denied initiating any such registration process. The ministry categorized all circulating text messages, online links, and third-party websites promoting the purported financial assistance as fraudulent operations designed to exploit unsuspecting members of the public.

​The deceptive campaign relies heavily on fabricated promotional flyers featuring a mix of English and Hausa text. These malicious advertisements falsely attribute the initiative to directives from President Bola Tinubu and direct interested applicants to unauthorized web domains, notably kluspz.com, to capture personal data and compromise digital identities.
