It’s unbelievable that five local governments in the Sunshine State could have been in darkness for the past 13years. Suffering in silence! I expect the vibrants youths of these places to have used social media and other means to express their displeasure to government for negligence and unwarranted treatment. The reverse is the case. Government of today needs iron hand and repeated criticisms. This is a gross failure on the parts of all tiers of government in the state, no impacts.
On the day of commissioning, I expect these communities to desert the venue or possibly just send 2 or 3 representatives with banner carrying inscription “COMMEMORATION OF 13 YEARS DARKNESS”
