Staged at a specially built 50,000-capacity “Shakira Stadium” within the Iberdrola Music complex in Villaverde, the grand marathon runs through October 11. Organized by Live Nation, the massive pop-up venue serves as the centerpiece for “Macondo Park”—a 22-hectare immersive cultural village celebrating contemporary Latin arts, literature, gastronomy, and fashion.
The career-defining run supports her fourth Grammy-winning record, Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran, inspired by her high-profile separation from former Barcelona star Gerard Piqué. With hundreds of thousands of international fans descending on the Spanish capital, local authorities anticipate a massive economic boost, echoing the tourism spike seen earlier this year during Bad Bunny’s multi-night stint.
