Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola Badmus known as Portable, has turned down a N50 million offer to fight popular streamer Oderhowho Joseph Efe also popularly known as Carter Efe, in a boxing match.
Music executive Soso Soberekon made the proposal during a recent livestream session with Carter Efe.
The streamer accepted the N50 million challenge and asked that the date and venue be fixed.
However, in a video response, Portable rejected the offer. He said the amount was not enough and demanded that a luxury car worth N300 million be added to the prize money before he would agree to step into the ring.
The controversial singer also expressed confidence that he would defeat Carter Efe if his conditions are met.
Portable referenced his past celebrity fights, saying he had beaten Charles Okocha and Speed Darlington in similar bouts.
“Soso, N50 million is too little. Give me N50 million plus a car worth N300 million, totaling N350 million and I will beat Carter Efe mercilessly. I am the same guy who beat Charles Okocha and Speed Darlington,” Portable stated.
As of the time of this report, Soso Soberekon has not responded to the new demand.
