​BIRNIN KEBBI – In a high-stakes political shift that has sent ripples through the nation’s capital, the former Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Chika Malami, SAN, has formally positioned the African Democratic Congress (ADC) as the primary vehicle to dismantle the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the upcoming elections.
