The Ogun State Commissioner of Police, CP Alamutu Abiodun will deliver the 26th Annual Convention and 25th Lecture Series of the Alumni Association of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) on February 17, 2024.
The programme holds at the 1000 Capacity Lecture Theatre within the university starting by 10:00 a.m.
The Chairman, Global Convention Organising Committee, Mr. Sanjo Somefun made this known in a statement.
According to Somefun, the theme of the Convention is “Digital Political Globalisation and Trans-National Terrorism: Emerging Threats to National Peace and Food Security,” adding that it would commence with a cocktail on February 16, 2024, at the Sports Centre, starting at 4:00 p.m.
Dr. Olusegun Ogundiran, President of the Alumni Association will lead all Alumni members globally to the programme while Prof. Babatunde Kehinde, the Vice Chancellor of the prestigious university would preside over the Convention and Lecture Series, as the Chief Host.
