The Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company Plc (IBEDC) has assured customers within its franchise of stable power supply during the Easter celebrations.
Managing Director Kingsley Achife made this promise in a statement released on Friday, emphasizing the company’s commitment to providing uninterrupted service throughout the festivities.
Achife extended warm greetings to Christians and all Nigerians, highlighting the significance of Easter as a time of love, renewal, and sacrifice.

The managing director reiterated IBEDC’s readiness to address any electrical faults promptly during the Easter period, with the technical team on standby to assist customers.

Additionally, he advised motorists to exercise caution on the roads, avoid driving under the influence of alcohol, and adhere to traffic regulations to prevent accidents involving electrical infrastructure.
The assurance of stable power supply from IBEDC comes amid complaints of power outages from customers in Ogun, Oyo, Osun, and other areas within its franchise.
