EPE, LAGOS — The political landscape of Epe buzzed with renewed synergy as the Epe Federal Constituency chapter of the City Boy Movement paid a high-powered courtesy visit to the Executive Chairman of Epe Local Government, Princess Surah Animashaun.
The visit, aimed at expressing profound appreciation, centered on the recent donation of a state-of-the-art Hummer Hiace bus by the council boss to bolster the movement’s operational logistics across the constituency.
Led by the Supervisory Secretary of the movement in Epe Federal Constituency, Comrade Ayo Salami, alongside the Epe Local Government Coordinator, Comrade Ladele Oluwaseyi, and other key executives, the delegation noted that the vehicle would significantly enhance mobility, strengthen strategic coordination, and scale up grassroots engagement.
Comrade Salami commended Princess Animashaun for her unwavering commitment to youth empowerment and grassroots mobilisation, describing her administration as a pillar of progressive politics in the region.
Responding to the delegation, Princess Animashaun expressed delight at the visit and reaffirmed her administration’s open-door policy. She emphasized that true governance is rooted in tangible actions that foster collective development.
”To me, meaningful leadership goes beyond words; it is reflected in practical gestures that empower people, strengthen institutions, and create opportunities for collective progress,” Princess Animashaun stated. “Indeed, I am always available for you. As a reasonable movement, we are ready to support you in all ramifications.”
Political analysts view the meeting as a strategic consolidation of grassroots alliances within the constituency, further cementing the collaborative ties between the local government leadership and progressive youth groups dedicated to community advancement.
