Lagos, Nigeria – Popular Nigerian media personality and long-time host of “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire,” Frank Edoho, has publicly announced the dissolution of his second marriage to Sandra Onyenuchenuya. This revelation came during a recent appearance on the “Tea With Tay” podcast, where Edoho reflected on his marital history, admitting he may not be “good at marriage.”
Edoho’s first marriage to Katherine Obiang ended in 2011. He subsequently married Sandra Onyenuchenuya, and the couple has been seen together at various events over the years. However, the seasoned broadcaster confirmed their separation on the podcast, expressing a sense of personal introspection regarding the outcomes of both relationships.
“Maybe I’m not good at marriage, I must confess,” Edoho stated candidly. He further elaborated on his perspective on relationships, distinguishing between a “love of your life” and a “soulmate.”
According to Edoho, while the love of your life is who comes to mind when you think of love, a soulmate is someone who understands you without words and with whom you naturally align. He suggested that neither of his past partners fit his definition of a soulmate.
Edoho emphasized his commitment to both marriages, asserting, “I know that I went above and beyond for the two marriages. I carried my partner… I can abandon everything for her.” Despite his efforts, he acknowledged that one cannot fault a partner for falling out of love. He drew a parallel to the Brazilian footballer Kaká, whose ex-wife reportedly cited his being “too good” as a reason for their divorce, highlighting that sometimes, despite one’s best efforts, relationships can still end.
This recent announcement marks another significant personal development for the well-known TV host, prompting discussions among fans and the media about the complexities of relationships, even for public figures.
