​According to updated guidelines from the German Federal Foreign Office, nationals from these designated regions may enter Germany for short-term stays without the need for a visa. This policy is designed to support tourism, business travel, and family visits, strengthening Germany’s role as a global destination for both leisure and professional engagement.

​Eligible travelers can stay in Germany for up to 90 days within any rolling 180-day period. It is critical to note that this visa waiver is strictly for short-term visits. It does not grant travelers the right to seek or engage in paid employment.
