​The religious city of Tivaouane, Senegal, has been plunged into deep shock and mourning following the gruesome murder of 20-year-old high school senior Ndèye Bigué Sène, whose lifeless body was discovered in a bush in the Séico neighborhood. Ndiaye reportedly confessed to executing the horrific act after receiving directives from a shadowy figure known only as “Coulibaly,” who allegedly promised wealth in exchange for blood rituals.

​While the suspect admitted to collecting the victim’s blood and subsequently strangling her, he has vehemently denied allegations of sexual assault.
