Dominique McShain, a 21-year-old social media influencer and newlywed, has shared a heartbreaking update revealing she has only days or weeks left to live after being diagnosed with terminal colon cancer.

Dominique was diagnosed with incurable colon cancer in April 2024, which had already spread to her liver. Initially, doctors gave her a prognosis of one to five years. However, she recently announced that her cancer is advancing rapidly, her liver has failed causing jaundice, and she has had to stop chemotherapy after seven months of treatment. She is now receiving end-of-life care and will no longer post updates herself; future news will come from her family and friends after her passing.

In her final message to fans, Dominique wrote: “I want to be direct with you all: this will be my final update on my cancer journey until I have passed away. I’ve recently been given a prognosis about five days ago of only a few days to a few weeks to live.” She expressed gratitude for the love and support from her family, friends, and husband, calling her wedding day the “most special day ever” and reflecting on the life she has lived despite the diagnosis.
