The swearing-in ceremony for the recently appointed 11 Justices of the Supreme Court is set to take place on Monday.
The justices slated for swearing-in include Jummai Sankey, Chidiebere Uwa, Chioma Nwosu-Iheme, Haruna Tsammani, Moore Adumein, Obande Ogbuinya, and Stephen Adah.
Additionally, Habeeb Abiru, Jamilu Yammama Tukur, Abubakar Sadiq Umar, and Mohammed Baba Idris are among those to be inaugurated.

Following their confirmation by the National Assembly on December 21, 2023, based on President Bola Tinubu’s recommendation, the oath of office will be administered by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Olukayode Ariwoola.
According to an invitation sent on Friday, Festus Akande, the Supreme Court’s Director of Information, disclosed that the ceremony will commence at 10:00 a.m. at the Main Courtroom of the Supreme Court.
Upon the induction of these justices, the Supreme Court will attain its full complement of 21 justices, as mandated by the Constitution.
