In the widely circulated footage, the parent brandished his hospital appointment card, questioning the rationale behind the protracted wait time for a minor seeking medical attention.

​”Imagine you come to Federal Medical Centre here in Abeokuta to treat your child for whatever thing it is. I brought my son here to check his ears, and they are saying we should come back in October,” he lamented in the video.
