Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, is dead.
The governor died on Wednesday morning after a prolonged health battle.
Akeredolu, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), and ex-Attorney General of Ondo State was a second-term governor before his death.

The governor recently returned to Germany where he was receiving treatment for undisclosed illness.
Before his second medica vacation early December, the former NBA president had transmitted power to his deputy, Lucky Aiyedatiwa.
