Abeokuta, Ogun State – The Ogun State Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has officially announced the commencement of the sale of application forms for admission into its prestigious Flagship Schools for the 2025/2026 academic session. This was made public today through a press release signed by the Honourable Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Professor Abayomi A. Arigbabu, FMAN.


Applications are open to interested Primary 6 completers and parents/guardians. The application process will be conducted entirely online through the Ogun State Education Revitalisation Agenda (OGSERA) portal, accessible via https://ogsera.ogunstate.gov.ng/apply.
Key Steps for Application:

1.Visit the OGSERA Portal: Navigate to the provided website.

2.Login or Create Account: Existing users should log in with their Learner Identification Number (LIN) credentials. Parents/guardians of learners from outside Ogun State are required to create a new account.

3.Screening Application: Once logged in, select the “Screening Application” option under the “Enrolment Management” menu and click “Create Application.”

4.Enter Learner Details: Enter the LIN to validate the learner’s record. Applicants from outside the state should select the “From Schools outside Ogun State” filter to input their profile details.

5.Make Payment: Click on the “Make Payment” button to pay the non-refundable online application and registration fee of Five Thousand Naira (₦5,000.00) per learner.

6.Complete and Submit Form: Fill out the online application form, submit it, and print a copy.

7.Principal’s Endorsement: The printed application form must be presented to the Principal of the applicant’s First Choice Flagship School for their signature.


Important Notice

1.The Screening Test for admission will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at the premises of the applicant’s School of First Choice.

2.Applicants from outside Ogun State are required to submit a copy of their last three (3) terms’ results for approval before their application will be considered.

3.It is crucial to note that applicants from outside the state will not be able to print their Application Forms after submission until their LIN verification is successfully conducted.

4.Outside the State applicants will not be able to print their Application Form, after submission, until LIN verification is conducted on such Application.
