The Ogun State Government is set to launch a weeklong free surgical intervention program commencing today, extending across the state.
Conducted by the Ogun State Health Insurance Agency, this initiative aims to provide surgical assistance to any resident facing health challenges that necessitate surgical intervention.
Residents interested in availing themselves of this opportunity are advised to visit their nearest state or general hospitals and register their names for the required surgical procedures.

Following registration, individuals will undergo screening by healthcare professionals, be scheduled for surgery, and have the operation performed on the appointed date.
Upon completion of the surgery, beneficiaries will receive free healthcare coverage for the subsequent one year under the ‘Ilera Dero Health Insurance Scheme’, as stated by the state government.
