Controversial social media personality Ayomiposi Oluwadahunsi, popularly known as Mandykiss or Mandy Kiss, has publicly declared that she is starting her life over by returning to her mother’s shop in Ijebu, Ogun State.

In a video currently circulating widely on social media platforms, the former Lagos-based influencer, once celebrated and criticised as a “big girl” in the city’s nightlife and online scene, addressed potential mockery head-on. “You are free to mock me, but learn from my mistake. Live your life, do you hear?” she stated, appearing reflective as she spoke about beginning anew away from the glare of Lagos.

Mandykiss rose to prominence through bold, often provocative content that earned her the self-styled title “President of Olosho.” Her online persona mixed humour, shock value and candid discussions of lifestyle choices that polarised audiences. Over the years she has publicly shifted between periods of high-profile controversy and attempts at rebranding, including claims of spiritual transformation, temporary withdrawals from raunchy content, and later returns to more attention-grabbing material.

In September 2025 she drew intense public scrutiny after announcing plans for a Guinness World Record attempt involving sexual activity with 100 men in 24 hours. Guinness World Records distanced itself from the idea, and Mandykiss later described the announcement as a publicity stunt meant to revive her declining online engagement rather than a genuine intention. Around the same period she was appointed a brand ambassador for the Lagos State Kick Against Drug Abuse (LASKADA) campaign, a move the state government framed as an opportunity for redemption and outreach to young people.

Her career has also featured public disputes with other entertainers and online figures, including reported tensions involving actress Toyin Abraham and socialite Funmi Awelewa, as well as an incident in which she confronted and helped facilitate the arrest of a mother-and-daughter content-creating duo in Ondo State over alleged online trolling.

The latest video marks a notable pivot. By choosing to highlight a return to her mother’s shop in her hometown area of Ijebu, Mandykiss presents the move as a deliberate reset.
