The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, has finally released his campaign manifesto after so much wait.

The 72-page manifesto titled, ‘It’s POssible: Our Pact with Nigerians’, was released after a long wait, speculations and disagreements among members of the LP, opposition parties and other vested interests.

Announcing the release of the manifesto on his verified Twitter page Sunday morning, Obi wrote, “I have the honour to present our 72-page Manifesto, titled, ‘It’s POssible: Our Pact with Nigerians.’ This Manifesto, its overarching and visionary policy planks, lays out our mission focus and mandate for securing, uniting and making Nigeria productive.

“I invite you to peruse the policy document. -PO”

There has however been mixed feelings on the social media after the candidate released his manifesto with some giving him kudos while other bashing the former Anambra governor.

Here are few responses from the social media.

@sweetsixtien

Manifesto with Class and Victory 🙌 Manifesto to LIBERATE NIGERIA from the hands of greedy cabals and chains of slave masters in black skin week are worse than colonialists!

Manifesto that puts the NIGERIAN people first

Manifesto that was Written by the candidate themselves ✔️

@drjeff60

This is it for me.

I can feel the hope, the joy, the determination, the zeal, the commitment for a New Nigeria.

Thank you Lord I’m alive to witness this.

@OaChukwu

Hearty Congratulations Sir. It made for an enthralling read. I couldn’t drop it till I finished it.

Your manifesto is simple, direct, implementable and will achieve the surgical turnaround that will birth a new Nigeria.

Congratulations our dear incoming president.

@jagabanolu

Copy and paste manifesto with no new in depth details or analysis on the “how”, “cost”, “sources of funding” etc… just platitudes and superficial comments on policies that this government already implements!

@Ibnbazo

All I have been reading is we will we will we will. At the end he underestimated IPOB and the only set insecurity disturbing This country he mention is insurgency and bandits. A wise man once said. *he who couldn’t admit the fault of his son is not capable to be lead

@Dawa911

I repeat your manifesto means nothing to musa and the grasses, we are after your zeal and will. Your 7 straightforward plan is enough.

@jollynony

The one thing that excites me about your manifesto, is that it is the only manifesto that stands a chance of implementation. Other parties will toss theirs into the nearest dustbin after election.

@ibrahimkuso1982

How many States have you covered in your campaigns so far, you can’t be a president by visiting every church program o. It’s beginning to look like a skit show
