The Crown Prosecution Service has authorised charges against the 50-year-old “Doctor Who” actor, who faces two counts of sexual assault, three counts of voyeurism and one count of exposure.
The alleged offences span a decade from 2007 to 2016, and Clarke is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on October 21, 2026.
The Charges That Have Rocked British Entertainment
ValidViewNetwork gathered that the Crown Prosecution Service has authorised charges against British actor and filmmaker Noel Clarke, who faces six sexual offences including two counts of sexual assault, three counts of voyeurism and one count of exposure.
Clarke, 50, from Kensington, west London, was charged on Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
The Metropolitan Police said the offences are alleged to have taken place between 2007 and 2016 and relate to five women.
A Long Investigation
The charges come after a lengthy investigation that began in September 2025.
The Metropolitan Police’s investigation led to the Crown Prosecution Service authorising the charges. Clarke is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on October 21, 2026.
The actor, who is known for his role in “Doctor Who” and his work as a filmmaker, has not yet publicly commented on the charges.
A Pattern of Allegations
Clarke previously faced allegations of misconduct in 2021, which he denied at the time.
The new charges relate to a separate set of allegations from five women.
The Crown Prosecution Service said it had decided to prosecute Clarke after a review of the evidence.
