Fairme David Threatens Belt Attack on Blogger After Party Clash

Former Big Brother Naija Season 9 housemate Fairme David has issued a stark physical threat against popular gossip blogger Tosin Silverdam following an alleged altercation at a party on Wednesday evening.

In a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter), the Delta State-born dancer and content creator claimed he had already struck Silverdam on the nose and kicked a man who tried to intervene. He framed the confrontation as a warning and vowed further violence if the blogger continued speaking about him online.

“That nod I gave you on your nose this evening and that kick on the neck I gave that guy that tried to defend you is just a warning. If you have the mouth to talk online, then you should have the hands to defend yourself offline. See how you were shivering,” Fairme wrote, addressing Silverdam directly and calling him a “pussy.”

In a follow-up post, he escalated the threats, stating he would beat Silverdam and the intervening man “three times in a day anytime anyday.” He referenced practising martial arts as a hobby and declared: “I’d use my belt next time. Shaky shaky daddy.”

Videos circulating on social media purport to show moments shortly before the alleged physical exchange. Fellow former BBNaija housemate Chinwe also weighed in, posting that Fairme had “nodded” a blogger on the nose at the party, a claim Fairme himself amplified by reposting.

The clash comes against the backdrop of a private adult video allegedly featuring Fairme that began circulating widely on X around October 30. The footage sparked intense online discussion, speculation and backlash.

Silverdam, a well-known entertainment commentator who frequently covers celebrity scandals, had addressed or mocked aspects of the leak in the days leading up to the party incident.

Fairme, whose real name is Oritse-Femi David Ofeno (also referred to as Femi David), rose to prominence as one half of the “Radicals” pair with Michky during the 2024 BBNaija “No Loose Guard” season. The professional dancer, actor and influencer from Warri has largely focused on fitness, dance and lifestyle content since his eviction. He has not issued a formal statement addressing the leaked video itself.

Tosin Silverdam, a Lagos-based media personality and mass communication graduate known for his blunt celebrity commentary across Instagram and other platforms, had not publicly detailed his version of the party encounter in the immediate aftermath of Fairme’s posts. Videos and reactions continued to spread on Thursday as the story gained traction among BBNaija fans and entertainment followers.

The episode highlights the frequent friction between reality television stars and the bloggers who document their lives, particularly when personal controversies surface online. As of Thursday morning, neither party had indicated whether the matter would escalate further offline or through formal channels.
