Ossai Success, Senior Special Assistant on Media to the Delta State Governor, has extended a generous offer to Comfort Emmanson, the woman recently released from Kirikiri prison following the Ibom Air controversy. Ossai Success promised a fully paid trip to Delta State, which includes round-trip flight tickets, accommodation in a five-star hotel, and tour expenses. He also revealed that a job with a monthly salary of N500,000 has been secured for her within the state.
In addition to the job and luxury trip, Comfort Emmanson has been invited to attend the Delta Social Media Summit scheduled for August 28th in Asaba.
Ossai Success encouraged anyone in contact with Comfort Emmanson to ask her to contact him directly, assuring her of a warm and comfortable stay in Delta State, promising she “won’t be disappointed” and will have a “good time.”

This offer follows Comfort Emmanson’s release from prison after the police withdrew charges related to an altercation on an Ibom Air flight. The incident involved Comfort allegedly refusing to switch off her mobile phone during takeoff and subsequent confrontations with the flight crew, which led to her being banned from flying Ibom Air and detained. The Federal Government later intervened, withdrawing the complaint and lifting the lifetime ban imposed by the airline.
Comfort Emmanson has expressed gratitude to her supporters but also revealed she is in pain from her experiences and is seeking rest and medical treatment.

This compassionate and supportive gesture from the Delta State government contrasts with the public controversy and harsh treatment she faced during the incident, indicating a hope for a fresh start and positive future for her in Delta State.
