Boluwatife, a Mass Communication graduate from Southwestern University, Nigeria, hosted City Lounge every Saturday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Praise in the City every Sunday from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. Known as a versatile OAP, voice-over artist, and reporter, she captivated audiences with her wit, affability, and passion for challenging negative narratives and taboo topics. Her childhood love for radio drove her to entertain, inform, and inspire listeners seamlessly.
Circumstances of Passing
Teefeh remained active until the end, coordinating City FM’s 2025 Praise Ain’t The City event on Christmas Eve. Eyewitnesses recalled her generosity, like offering food to attendees, before she reportedly slumped, prompting an ambulance rush. She passed peacefully at age 28, leaving the station and fans devastated as 2026 dawned.

City FM’s tribute highlighted her youthful energy and laughter-inducing presence. Fans shared raw grief online: one wrote, “Tears rolled down my eyes… May her soul rest in the bosom of the Almighty,” while another lamented, “This one hurts o,” noting her recent broadcast. Emotional reactions included prayers for eternal rest and heartbreak over losing another young media talent, alongside mentions of Allwell Ademola and Lazy Writa in 2025.
