The family of renowned Nigerian gospel singer and ordained pastor, Bolaji Olarewaju, popularly known as Big Bolaji or Big B, has confirmed his death. He passed away on Easter Saturday, April 19, 2025, after a brief illness.
Big Bolaji, a beloved father, husband, brother, and towering figure in the gospel music community, had recently celebrated his 50th birthday in November 2024, marking a significant milestone in his life and career.
His family described him as a passionate musician and devoted man of faith whose music and ministry touched countless lives. They expressed that his departure leaves an irreplaceable void but take comfort in the belief that his absence here is his presence with the Lord.
