The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State, has announced the details of the resumption of academic activities following the suspension of the eight-month strike which was embarked upon by the Academic Staff Union of Universities on February 14, 2022 and suspended on October 14, 2022.
The Senate of the University, after its meeting held on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, has approved a revised academic calendar for the 2021/2022 session.
The revised academic calendar stipulates that activities resume on Thursday, October 27, 2022, while lectures commence on November 2, 2022.
ValidViewNetwork reports that the semester examination begins on January 23, 2023 and ends on February 3, 2023.
This details of the resumption were contained in a statement issued by the University and signed by A.O. Agbotoba, a Deputy Registrar on behalf of the Registrar of the University.
