
An Oyo State High Court sitting in Ibadan has granted bail to Mr. Abdullahi Fasasi, the principal of Islamic High School, Bashorun, Ibadan; Alhaji Oriyomi Hamzat, the proprietor of Agidigbo FM; and Olori Naomi Silekunola.
The ruling was delivered by Justice K.B. Olawoyin on Monday.
The trio, who have been in custody following a tragic stampede at the school, were granted bail after their counsels presented their arguments in court.

The stampede, which occurred on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, resulted in the deaths of at least thirty-five children.
Earlier, an Oyo State Magistrate Court in Iyaganku had remanded the three accused at the Agodi Correctional Facility.
