BBNaija Finale: Nine Housemates, N160m Up for Grabs

Big Brother Naija Season 11 is heading into its final show on Sunday with nine housemates remaining in the competition.

The season began with 24 housemates and has featured evictions, alliances, disciplinary actions and the Gambit twist.

ValidViewNetwork reports that the final stage now brings together housemates who survived very different routes through the competition, making the finale the point at which the season’s twists and voting process culminate.

The remaining housemates are Aikou, Barry, Bluethopia, Flora, Oyin, Ricky, Sheba, Temi Nkem and Tram.

THE GAMBIT TWIST

The Gambit twist became one of the defining features of the season. Aikou and Flora initially secured places in the finale through public voting but were subject to rules attached to the Gambit arrangement.

Big Brother later ended the Gambit status, allowing them to compete for the grand prize.

EVICTIONS AND DISCIPLINE

The season also produced several Head of House victories and multiple evictions.

Chimsom Chuka won Head of House more than once before leaving the competition.Abi also recorded multiple Head of House victories before being evicted.

A triple eviction later removed Yusuf Muhammed-Awal, Isabella Bells Imoh and Chimsom.

Nomy was also removed from the competition following disciplinary issues involving her duties and repeated breaches.

N160M AT STAKE

The final nine are competing for a grand prize valued at N160 million.The winner will emerge after the final stage of the season’s voting and finale process.
