Yoruba Nollywood actor Tolani Quadri Oyebamiji, popularly known as Sisi Quadri, has tragically passed away after battling a serious illness.
The news of his demise was shared by several colleagues in the Yoruba movie industry, including Regina Chukwu, who reminisced about his recent fight for survival and offered condolences to his family.
Nollywood actress Abiola Bayo also expressed her grief on Instagram, bidding farewell to Sisi Quadri and wishing for his soul to rest in peace.
Additionally, actor Tunde Yusuf shared a heartfelt message, acknowledging that life and death are in the hands of Allah and sending prayers for the departed actor.
Oyebamiji, who celebrated his 44th birthday on December 25, 2023, was best known for his role in the movie “Seniyan Seranko,” released on December 4, 2004.

He was also anticipated to captivate audiences in the upcoming film “Anikulapo: The Return of Spectre,” which premiered on Netflix.

Encouraged by his family and mentors like Toyin Olaiya (Alaga council), he found his passion for acting and makeup artistry, eventually making a name for himself in the industry.
Known for his humorous and spirited performances, Oyebamiji explained that his talent for delivering comedic insults was innate, cultivated by his upbringing and experiences with family.
