​How to Verify Existing ESS Documents

​Employers, educational institutions, and individuals wanting to check the authenticity of a previously issued Ministry document can do so via a straightforward automated check:

2. ​Click on “Verify a document”.

1. ​Input the unique document number displayed on the certificate or letter.

​How to Apply for Authentication or Evaluation

​For new applications requiring certificate evaluation or authentication, users must complete a full electronic process:

1. ​Visit the portal and click “Start an application”.

1. ​Register a new profile using a valid email address and complete the email verification step.

1. ​Log in and choose the precise service required (Authentication, Evaluation, Eligibility Letter, or Letter of No Objection).

1. ​Fill out the form with accurate personal and qualification details.

1. ​Generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) and complete the non-refundable payment.

1. ​Upload clear, legible scanned copies of all required documents.
