Approved by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Uduma Oji Uduma, alongside the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Council, Malam Isa Yuguda, the appointment took effect on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.
In a public notice released by the University Registrar, Mr. Oladipo Ajayi, management emphasized that the quick transition is designed to maintain institutional stability and uninterrupted financial administration during this critical period.
Prior to this elevation, Mrs. Ibrahim served as the Deputy Bursar in charge of Treasury, where she managed the institution’s financial operations and treasury framework. University leadership has expressed absolute confidence that her extensive experience within the Bursary Department will ensure continued transparency, accountability, and rigorous financial governance.
