Bandits Ambush and Kill KADVS Deputy Commander, Two Vigilantes in Kaduna

​Suspected bandits have assassinated the Deputy Commander of the Kaduna State Vigilance Service (KADVS) for Zuntu town in Kubau Local Government Area, alongside two of his operatives.

​The coordinated assault took place on Sunday night when the heavily armed attackers ambushed the security personnel in the Kubau axis. The brutal killings have plunged the local security architecture and the immediate community into deep grief, marking another devastating blow to localized counter-insecurity efforts in the region.
