The Ogun State chapter of the Coalition of United Political Parties (CUPP) has berated the National Publicity Secretary of Labour Party, Comrade Abayomi Arabambi over his recent statement describing Prince Dapo Abiodun’s administration in the State as unprecedented.

The CUPP described the rating as of to the recent rating as self serving and unrealistic.

CUPP in a statement personally signed by its State Chairman, Otunba Femi Soluade said the statement credited to Arabambi, who also is the National Spokesman of Labour Party was filled with perforated and concocted achievements that are only deserving of a garbage heap.

“CUPP rose from our emergency meeting at 2pm today on the 05 May of 2025 to evaluate the performance sheet of Prince Dapo Abiodun by Comrade Arabambi and concluded that it was filled with perforated and concocted achievements that are only deserving of a garbage heap.

“CUPP questions the efficacy of such achievements as postulated by the Leader or Convener of one obscure and hurriedly put together organization called, GGASG whIch has no locus stadi and the members are hired crowd or non existence for the purpose of laundering performance image of the inept government never seen in the history of OGUN State.

“We question Comrade Arabambi touting inclusiveness tendency of this government and it’s selfish kitchen cabinet members that are busy lining their pockets empting the government cover and filtering away our common wealth in the name of foreign investment to siphon our money for the raining day after the expiration of their transient power.

Where is Comrade Arabambi’s conscience and stewardship to people of Ogun State, where is his integrity and why is he available, always unstable and eager to sell his conscience for a pot of porridge.

Arabambi’s history of support to the same Gov Abiodun is legendary since his days as Ogun IPAC Chairman and is an open secret when he practically gave the same support to Prince Abiodun in 2023 Governorship elections.

The Governor ended up mortgaging the fortune of the Labour Party, and at the end, all Arabambi Party members that provided the needed support with him for Gov Abiodun’s re-election, were totally disappointed, including the Party Candidates who were also disenfranchised without attendant benefits.

CUPP wonders if any serious people would take his appraisal of this failed government with a pinch of salt and believe his undue high heaven praises of achievements which are not existing but for some few paltry effigies strewn around the city center.

Otunba Dr Femi Soluade FBAU questioned Dr. Arabambi political and moral rectitude by lowering the standard of a prestigious and highly commended Doctorate degree in politics and public affairs.

Dr Arabambi, a Fellow of British American University, now abandon his primary constituent of Masses defenders to a promoter of Government indolent and defender of Dapo Abiodun inequities and inequality, an administration that is known for rewarding gratitude with ingratitude that refused to learn an art of Governance by inclusiveness as done by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who he is now pretending to be his apostle but not playing by the rule to engage resourceful hands across Ogun state to help promote and engender good Governance .

Concluding that Comrade Arabambi activism has seen better days in Ogun State and should rather concentrate on his struggles to reposition his now polarised Labour Party as a spokes person and make a difference on national assignment rather than being used as a political hired hitman and knockabout by Prince Dapo Abiodun administration

CUPP also asked the trumpetter to tell the public what this grossly incompetent APC administration has done to correct the lopsided and imbalances in the distribution of critical infrastructure, appointments, employments, empowerment, human development, security and other deliverables which are the core value of democractic government existence to make life more abundant for the masses across the State which is the bone of contention and our grouse with this administration.

The CUPP is aware that the current administration of APC in Ogun state has nothing to offer the Good people of our dear state and all efforts must now be channel to put an end to any continuation of malfeasance, continuous mismanagement of our resources and incompetence in 2027 Governorship Elections

Dr Arabambi should cover his eyes in shame for defending an administration that has lost focus in all ramifications,a bad student of history that is barely endured but accommodated.

Dr Femi Soluade likened Comrade Arabambi acts to an analogy of “an unconscious Galatian”
