In Nza Ozubulu, Anambra State, a distressing video surfaced, depicting the brutal torture and subsequent death of a 60-year-old man named Mr. Kenneth, reportedly over a property disagreement.
The victim had allegedly sold a water tank from the family residence to resolve familial issues, an action that purportedly led to his arrest by his younger brother with the aid of a vigilante group, as detailed in a post by police reform advocate, Harrison Gwamnishu, on X date.

During the ordeal, Kenneth endured prolonged torture while pleading with his attackers, who accused him of theft. Regrettably, he passed away from his injuries. The video, showed two individuals assaulting the victim while three others were present, one of whom was wearing a Manchester United jersey.
Gwamnishu urged Governor Soludo and the Anambra State Police to ensure the perpetrators face justice and protect Kenneth’s family from further threats and intimidation. He also called upon the community of Nza Ozubulu to support the deceased’s family and seek justice for the tragic incident.
