
Distinguished Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, popularly known as Senator Yayi, has donated 50 solar-powered streetlights and five minibuses to the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), enhancing campus security and transportation.
The solar streetlights, installed on June 18, 2025, are strategically placed across the campus, including key locations such as the College of Veterinary Medicine junction, NEEDS Assessment Hostel, and the ICT Resource Centre frontage, to improve night-time visibility and promote renewable energy use.
