Femi Otedola, a billionaire businessman, spends nearly N2 billion on a super yacht to celebrate his 60th
birthday. Aristotle Onassis’ Christina, a super luxury yacht is said to have cost billionaire businessman Femi
Otedola a stunning €3 million (nearly N2 billion) in advance of his 60th birthday celebration.
According to reports, the oil tycoon chartered the yacht to celebrate his 60th birthday with his family and
friends on Friday, November 4. The super yacht, which will have 37 crew members on board, will cruise the
Mediterranean Sea for three weeks, according to the article.
Online videos show Otedola inspecting the yacht’s interior, alongside his family and Temi’s fiancé, singer Mr.
Eazi.
While some have seen this as a good way to enjoy life, others with a contrary opinion feel the billionaire is
just being prodigal and wasteful.
