Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, a wealthy British-Nigerian businessman and social media influencer known as Denisi or Ego, has died after a penis enlargement procedure in Thailand was linked to a fatal pulmonary embolism.

An inquest at Inner West London Coroners’ Court heard that 40ml of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine injected into his penis in March caused cellular material to travel to his lungs, leading to his death on March 6, 2026, despite over 100 minutes of CPR.

A Luxury Vacation Turns Deadly

ValidViewNetwork gathered that a wealthy British-Nigerian businessman and social media influencer, Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, also known as Denisi or Ego, has died at the age of 43 after a penis enlargement procedure in Thailand was linked to a fatal pulmonary embolism.

The 43-year-old influencer was on a luxury holiday in Bangkok with his wife, fashion designer and socialite Danielle Simba Allen, when he underwent the cosmetic treatment at an unnamed clinic in March 2026.

According to evidence presented at an inquest at Inner West London Coroners’ Court, Ubiribo had 40 millilitres of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine injected into his penis during the procedure.

The Final Hours

After the treatment, the couple reportedly went for a massage at their Marriott hotel in Bangkok. It was there that Ubiribo began complaining of chest pain before collapsing twice.

An ambulance took him to Sukhumvit Hospital, where he was initially conscious and able to respond to questions. His wife informed doctors about the recent filler injection, but Ubiribo lost consciousness before a recommended CT scan could be completed.

Doctors diagnosed a pulmonary embolism, a potentially life-threatening blockage of blood flow in the lungs and moved him to intensive care.

Medical personnel reportedly performed CPR for more than 100 minutes, but Ubiribo died in the early hours of March 6, 2026.

The Coroner’s Verdict

A postmortem examination in the United Kingdom later found cellular material in his lungs consistent with the hyaluronic acid used during the procedure.

At the inquest, coroner Jean Harkin concluded that the cosmetic treatment had caused the pulmonary embolism that led to Ubiribo’s death.

Dr Thongchai Chansirirattingkul of Sukhumvit Hospital told the inquest:

“He had had two cases of syncope (fainting) earlier, when he was having a massage. He had had 40 millilitres of penile filler injections earlier that day” .

A Life of Luxury

Ubiribo, who had about 185,000 followers on Instagram, was known for documenting an extravagant lifestyle.

He owned a $1.1 million home in Los Angeles’ Crenshaw neighborhood and a $600,000 apartment in London.

He married fashion designer and socialite Danielle Simba Allen in a lavish ceremony in Zimbabwe in 2022, reportedly valued at $473,000.

A Golden Farewell

Ubiribo was buried in London in a gold coffin reportedly costing more than $745,000.

The funeral was attended by numerous personalities from the jet set and music industry, including Nigerian superstar Davido and well-known entrepreneur and influencer Cubana Chief Priest.

At the funeral, Davido said:

“I won’t lie, it is not easy when someone like Tiny leaves. His absence is heavy; it doesn’t feel real. A man of so much energy, so much presence. The silence is heavy. He is not someone I ever thought I would be speaking about in the past tense”.

A Warning for Nigerian Youths

This tragic story serves as a stark warning about the dangers of cosmetic procedures performed abroad.

Hyaluronic acid penis fillers can cost up to $9,000 and typically last six to nine months, but British urology experts have warned of potentially devastating complications.

For young Nigerians, the lesson is clear: no amount of money or status is worth sacrificing your health.
