He claimed bona fide membership in both Fidipote and Fusengbuwa ruling houses, whose turn it is under the rotational order in the 1959 Awujale Chieftaincy Declaration. KWAM 1 argued procedural flaws, including influence by an “unrecognized” Awujale Interregnum Administrative Council, and sought to pause nominations pending resolution.
