Ogun YAYI Youth Wing Launches Extensive Voter Sensitization

Abeokuta, Ogun State – The Ogun State YAYI Youth Wing has officially rolled out a comprehensive ward-to-ward voter sensitization program, aiming to bolster democratic engagement and empower citizens across the state. This initiative, designed to educate residents on voter registration, card transfers, and the overall importance of active participation, comes ahead of the August 2025 Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) calendar.

In a statement released by the State Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Okanlomo Aliu Adio Onsa, ACIPM, the program’s core objectives were highlighted:

A key focus of this sensitization drive is to promote civic responsibility and support the ongoing progressive leadership, including advocating for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, in 2027, and the success of All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates throughout Ogun State.
